Manhole Covers 20"
The application of these types of 20” Manhole Cover is for Fuel Tank Truck with Bottom Loading.
The Fill cap is specially designed to provide higher venting flow of internal pressure when the tanker is exposed to fire situation.
A well-designed Pressure & Vacuum Vent is fitted to provide pressure releasing, and vacuum breaking.
All the Pivoting Pins are made of Stainless Steel for long trouble free life.
The application of these types of 16” Manhole Cover is for Fuel Tank Truck with Bottom Loading.

The application of this type of Dip Tube Mandrel is for Fuel Tanker with Bottom loading System as well as Top Loading.
The Dip Tube Mandrel can be mounted by 4 bolts on Manhole Cover or Steel Flange which is welded on topside of Tanker’s shell.
The application of these types of Bottom Valve is for Fuel Tanker with Bottom Loading. The Valve are operated Pneumatically by using Air Interlocks or Mechanically by using Operator and Steel Cables.
The internal design of Bottom Valve provides maximum delivery area, which allows high flow rate.
The application of this API Adaptor is for Fuel Tanker with Bottom Loading System as well as Top Loading. The Adaptor is operated manually. Pneumatic Option is also available on request.
All the dimensions confirms to API RP 1004.Two stages opening for low and high pressure flow rates.

Dust Cap Adaptor

application of this Dust Cap is to provide protection to
API Adaptor while the
system is not in operation. |
The application of this Coupler is to connect the API Adaptor with Camlock Hose Coupling. The Coupler has Cam type Locking System on one end to couple with API Adaptor and the groove on other end to couple with Camlock Coupling.

Vapor Recovery Vents The application of this Vapor Recovery Vent is for Fuel Tanker with Bottom Loading and Vapor Recovery System. The Vents are operated Pneumatically by using Air Interlocks. The Standard Vapor Recovery Vent can only be used for Normal Operation and the Sequential Vapor Recovery Vent can be used for Sequenced Operation as well as Normal Operation. |
The application of these types of Mechanical Operator is for Fuel Tank Truck with Top Loading. The Mechanical Operator are used for operating the Bottom Valve manually
